Wellaray Coffee is a food supplement. All product descriptions, ingredient information and claims on this website are provided for informational purposes. Food supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. All claims relating to nutrients comply with EFSA structure/function requirements or recognised traditional use. This product is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
5.2 Order Acceptance
Placing an order via our order form constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract of sale is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order and process payment on dispatch. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example due to stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case you will not be charged.
5.3 Pricing
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it. Free tracked delivery is included in the displayed price for standard UK orders.
5.4 Who Can Order
You must be aged 18 or over to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are a UK resident. Products are sold for personal use only and not for resale.
6. Delivery
We dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Standard tracked UK delivery takes 2-4 working days from dispatch. Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control (including carrier delays, adverse weather or industrial action). Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
7. Your Right to Cancel and Return
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us within the 14-day period at info@plantneckclearin.world. Goods must be returned in their original, unopened and undamaged condition.
